Custom Built Truck Mounted 6000L Sprayer
  • 6000L UV stabilized polyethylene tank. Colour to specified

  • 2” drain valve

  • Turbo agitator

  • Tank flushing sprinklers

  • 24M hydraulic lift and fold boom. Boom to be self-levelling with the lift ram to be on the nitrogen accumulator for suspension purposes

  • Boom to have hydraulic tilt rams

  • Boom to be bi-folding which allows operator to fold outer/breakaways in and spray with inner booms in spraying mode

  • Boom plumbed in 5 sections

  • Boom plumbed with Tee jet non-drip nozzle bodies. Nozzle bodies to be mounted behind boom for complete protection

  • Boom centre section to be manually height controlled. Centre section to have pneumatic boom fold arms for complete spray coverage

  • Booms plumbed with Tee Jet tripe nozzle bodies

  • One set of Tee Jet nozzles of your choice

  • Tee jet 430 series 12V electric ball valved (NOT solenoids) complete with flow back manifold (Eliminates pressure spikes when using auto section control and allows for quicker on/off time

  • Electric fence line nozzles on both sides of boom

  • Tee jet 801 flowmeter

  • Teejet 1” electric regulating valve

  • Hydraulic drive ARAG 500L/min MP400 pump using trucks hydraulic drive pump

  • Pump can be set up to be used as fill pup if needed

  • 200L flush tank

  • 60L induction hopper with drum flushing nozzle, hopper rinse nozzle and agitation nozzle

  • Simple plumbing layout for ease of use and simple decontamination

  • Taps clearly labelled for simple operation

  • Fill manifold with large capacity banjo filter

  • 2x1 ½ pressure filters- first one self cleaning

  • Teejet spray components fitted throughout which are very common and easy to obtain

  • Powder coated finish. Colour to be decided by Darren

  • Sprayer set up ready for use with a rate controller – flowmeter and electric regulating valve already on sprayer. Just need to plug a rate controller in

  • Hydraulic drive 2” Banjo fill pump with speed control valve

  • Keep fill pump & spray pump separate with flowmeter before manifold
